1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the zBytes website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

zBytes provides software development services including MVP development, web application development, and AI integration. Our flagship service delivers production-ready MVPs within 7 business days starting from $1,999.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices start at $1,999 for our 7-Day MVP package. Final pricing depends on project scope and requirements discussed during the discovery call. Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remainder due upon delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all intellectual property rights to the custom code and designs created for your project. zBytes retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently.

5. Project Timeline

We commit to delivering MVPs within 7 business days of project kickoff. Delays caused by client feedback turnaround, scope changes, or force majeure events are excluded from this timeline commitment.

6. Post-Launch Support

All MVP packages include 14 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. Additional support or feature development is available under separate agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

zBytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
